John Stephens for Costa Mesa

Thank you for visiting our Costa Mesa Mayor 2024 campaign website.  

Since becoming Mayor in March 2021, I have worked with the City Council and City staff to provide first-class municipal services and infrastructure during challenging circumstances.  We’ve seen improvements to our infrastructure, traffic calming measures, public safety innovations, and responsible fiscal management.  Through the hard work of many, the state of Costa Mesa is better than ever!!!   

Now, as we launch the November 2024 campaign, I invite you to review our accomplishments, and to join in our effort to keep Costa Mesa a great place to live, work, and play. 

I intend to run a clean, grassroots campaign, focused on the issues that are important to Costa Mesa residents and businesses. Your commitment to volunteer, donate, or attend an event will make the difference in my efforts to continue to serve as your Mayor.
